The Animal Cardiac Surgery Center accepts referrals from local hospitals.
If you have cases that are difficult to treat, for example, you want to seek opinions about performing cardiac or thoracic surgery or about whether the disease or condition is an indication for cardiac surgery, then please refer them to us.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to consult our hospital.
How to make a referral
If you prepare a referral letter or information that helps our diagnosis and treatment, such as test results, then it would allow our medical procedures to go smoothly.
(We will issue a report on medical care progress to hospitals that prepared the referral letter.)
About the referral letter, please submit it from the referral form. Or print a referral letter form (PDF), fill in the required fields, and send it by e-mail or fax or give it to your pet owner.
